About Our Client :Our Client is a SAAS org that’s backed by marquee investors and growing from 10-100 million rapidly in the Fintech space.
Role
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quota objectives, driving revenue, expanding market
share, and acting as a lead generator in business development - Set qualified appointments with new customers to address their challenges and business needs
- Conduct product demos for prospects to convert them to “Ready to Onboard (RTO)” customers
and follow up to onboard them - Ensure sales targets are met without mis-selling or spamming complaints. Track sales
productivity via account mapping, call planning, and CRM tools - Give feedback to the demand generation team on lead quality based on sales funnel and
feedback from prospects / customers.
Qualification & Skills
- Strong academic record with approx. 4 years of work experience and at least 3 years in b2b sales
- Experience with CRM and customer funnel management in B2B. Preferred sectors – financial
services, SaaS / Software - Sales DNA (target orientation), attention to detail and execution focus
- Understands customer requirements, enjoys building trust-based relationships
- Excellent English communication skills, persuasiveness and interpersonal skills
