Responsibilities:
- Analyse data and create dashboards to assess the performance of our product features and customer journeys; Implement enhancements and product marketing activities based on these insights.
- Gather, comprehend, and incorporate feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve our products and processes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to drive feature adoption and retention.
- Build internal products and tools to enhance the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of various teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of client’s customers and their needs, and advocate for them throughout the product development process.
- Serve as a passionate ambassador for client’s products and mission, both internally and externally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Analyst or Product Manager, at a fast-growing product company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong data analysis skills, and good knowledge of of SQL and other data analysis tools.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on customer success.
