We are looking for a seasoned Social Media Strategist to spearhead the creative direction and content workflows for our brand’s social media presence. The ideal candidate will be a visionary with a strong portfolio of creative work, showcasing their ability to conceptualize and deliver visually compelling and engaging social media content. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end content creation process while leading a team of designers and copywriters to ensure a cohesive brand narrative across platforms.
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Creative Content Workflow Management:
- Own the entire content creation process, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a cohesive social media content strategy that aligns with brand goals and audience preferences.
- Oversee the design and production of visually engaging and on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
Creative Direction and Ideation:
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and innovative content ideas tailored for each platform (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. ).
- Guide the team in crafting unique visuals and narratives that resonate with audiences and maintain brand consistency.
- Experiment with new content formats and creative approaches to keep the brand’s presence dynamic and engaging.
Multi-Platform Content Strategy:
- Ensure all social media platforms have a consistent and tailored creative approach that aligns with their unique audience dynamics.
- Manage multiple brands’ content workflows simultaneously, maintaining distinct voices and aesthetics for each.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or Creative Lead, with a focus on content workflows and design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing creative content across various social media platforms.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms’ visual and narrative requirements (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Exceptional project management skills to balance priorities across multiple brands and platforms.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring creative professionals.
Technical and Creative Expertise:
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation and workflow optimization.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for design aesthetics and trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience working in e-commerce, DTC, or digital-first brands.
