Responsibilities:
- Develop web and mobile applications with expertise in front-end architecture.
- Convert user stories into enterprise-level software solutions.
- Write high-quality, bug-free code following best practices, with minimal supervision.
- Troubleshoot frontend frameworks and proactively resolve issues.
- Own tasks from design to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Follow Agile methodologies for continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Work closely with the Operations team to provide quick solutions during field operations.
- Participate in hiring and mentoring junior developers (SDE1 & JSDE).
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- Implement unit testing frameworks and maintain high code coverage.
- Lead technical discussions and guide the team toward successful project execution.
- Conduct periodic code reviews and ensure software quality.
- Maintain and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- BE/B. Tech/ME/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years in front-end development.
- Strong programming skills in Angular 10+, JavaScript frameworks/libraries, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience in web application security and secure coding practices.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with software collaboration tools like Git.
- Ability to work in a distributed and diverse team.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- A high level of innovation and motivation.
- Ability to provide training and support to internal teams.
- Awareness of emerging technologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in Angular/React.js ; knowledge of Django/Flask is an added advantage
