What You’ll Do:
- GTM Experimentation: Collaborate closely with founders to design, test, and scale new go-to-market strategies across inbound and outbound channels.
- Content & Lead Gen: Create engaging content (emails, social, landing pages, lead magnets) that drives leads. Build inbound funnels and tailor materials for different platforms.
- Playbook Development: Identify what works for different customer segments and build scalable processes and playbooks.
- Trendspotting: Stay updated on B2B marketing and sales trends and bring new ideas to experiment with.
What We’re Looking For:
- A natural problem-solver who thinks from first principles and loves experimentation.
- Strong written communication skills — clear, impactful writing with a good sense of design.
- 3+ years of experience in a growth role (bonus if you’ve worked with early-stage startups in the India-US market).
- Creative, resilient, and determined — you don’t stop until you find what works.
