Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative for one of the fastest growing B2B Fintech Saas company. In this role you’ll be reporting to the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will focus on identifying, initiating, and cultivating new business opportunities.
Role:
● Lead Generation: Actively prospect and identify new potential clients through research,
networking, and targeted outreach efforts.
● Database Management: Maintain and update the company’s lead database, ensuring
accurate and up-to-date information for all potential clients.
● Sales Tools & Software: Utilize modern sales tools, CRM systems, and software for efficient
lead tracking, management, and analysis.
● Market Research: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to
identify new lead-generation opportunities.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, refine
targeting methods, and enhance lead generation campaigns.
● Feedback Mechanism: Continuously gather feedback to understand the success rate of
generated leads, adapting strategies accordingly.
● Reports & Analytics: Regularly present insights and reports on lead generation metrics,
conversion rates, and overall effectiveness of sales strategies.
Experience & Competencies:
● Academic & Professional Background: Solid educational credentials coupled with a
minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in lead generation roles.
● Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other lead generation tools or
software.
● Research Skills: Ability to carry out thorough market research, competitor analysis, and
identify potential opportunities in line with company objectives.
● Networking Skills: Demonstrated success in building relationships and leveraging
professional networks to generate leads.
● Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with
the ability to craft engaging messages that resonate with potential clients.
● Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical abilities to gauge the effectiveness of lead generation
strategies and pivot as required.
