Responsibilities:
- Technology Innovation and Leadership:
- Lead the technological vision, innovation, and strategy of the company.
- Take full ownership of the design, architecture, and hands-on development of scalable, high performance solutions for our sports analytics platform.
- Lead the development of products and solutions from the front, ensuring excellence.
- Drive the technology team’s growth and development, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with emerging technology trends, tools, and frameworks, driving continuous refinement of our processes and solutions.
Business and IT Transformation:
- Ensure that the technology strategy aligns with the business goals and objectives.
- Drive business transformation through the effective use of technology.
- Own the design and optimization of product and deployment architectures for a scalable SaaS product.
- Lead technical discussions and decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology best practices.
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
Quality Assurance and Operations:
- Oversee business operations and ensure the highest standards of quality assurance.
- Implement efficient processes and standards to enable scalable growth.
- Ensure all technology solutions comply with security standards and meet the scalability and performance requirements of a fast-paced startup environment.
